Tuesday, August 30, 2005 Katrina Relief Fund For those interested in donating funds to help out the survivors of Hurricane Katrina, the Red Cross is taking donations to provide food and shelter to those who have been displaced. The hurricane is still making its way across the Mid-Atlantic Gulf states. New Orleans has taken quite a hit and one town in Mississippi has a death toll numbering over fifty, but sure to rise.
