Reminds me of an author's childhood recount of a flasher who thought he was going to intimidate a group of young children by showing them his penis. The author, unfazed, proceeded to rag on his teeny weeny, until he turned red and walked away angrily.

Me, I might have just lowered the window and told him he needed a penile implant. Might have wiped that smile off his face.
