Saturday, July 08, 2006 A little something something from  I don't know how those guys at Boing Boing do it. They always have the latest from entertainment, literary, or tech news. Here are a couple of items that caught my attention: "Guy successfully trades paperclip for house." The guy named Kyle is a bartering genius. Started with said paperclip, traded it for a fish pen, the pen for a doorknob, a doorknob for a camping stove, and up and up and up until finally he traded up to a house in Montreal. Hey, I have a paperclip; actually I have several. Wonder if I can get a breachfront in San Francisco? Now this is really sad: "Woman gamer voice-changer for impersonating men." Seems women gamers need to impersonate men during voice-chats to avoid sexual harassment or patronizing comments. I just don't understand. When will some men finally get a clue that women are more than walking holes and are interested in more than shopping and other societal-designated "female" pursuits?
