Moody poem - November Day

Just matching the new mood of the blog.

Gray skies
shimmer
through
tear-stained
windows,
while quiet
walls
echo
whispering
torrents
sweeping
along the streets
below.
A lone glass of wine
mellows the chill,
edged by
the soft riff
of Coltrane
sending his own
vibe through
the solitude.
Cars thunder
shooting
sprays
punctuating
this cold
November
day.
