Hit the 4-3 mark today...

...and doing nothing but lazing away the day indulging my Runescape addiction (in serious need of a 12-step program) and chowing down on roast chicken and greens with turkey meat. Backsliding on my diet (down 20 lbs now), but hey, you only celebrate 43 once, so no guilt (at least for the weekend where the scale will be conveniently hidden away). Going out to dinner with a friend tomorrow. So you may not hear from me for a few days.

I'll be back next week with my usual big mouth and small mind (just kidding).
