Thursday, December 18, 2008 Fucking Unbelievable Police Get The Wrong House In Galveston, Allegedly Assault 12-Year-Old Girl. And they arrested the child and her father for fighting back. Not surprising, the child and father are African-American. What is surprising is that the three moron cops were supposed to be looking for older white prostitutes at an address two blocks away and got it in their addled minds that a 12-year-old black girl dressed in shorts standing in front of her house somehow fit the description. Also, the officers were undercover (translation: not in uniform) when they grabbed her, yelling, "You're a prostitute," and tried to pull her in a van. She screamed for her father, and both she and her father fought the undercover officers, who never identified themselves as police. To add further insult to injury, three weeks later the police went to the girl's school to arrest the young honor student and charge her with resisting arrest. Two years later the girl's family are pursuing a lawsuit, but the police department is justifying their idiocy by standing behind the morons who don't know a young black child from three white women and who obviously needed a GPS system to take them to the right address. Sometimes I just wanna scream. Labels: WTF
