Poltergeist: the Legacy Fanfic

Thanks to the Wayback Machine, I was able to recover writings from my first website which was taken down by Geocities in 2004 due to a billing snafu. This particular story was my first ever fanfic, written in 1999, and based on the paranormal sci-fi show, Poltergeist; the Legacy. I think in all I wrote about four fanfics based on P:tL (one a three-parter set in Aztecan Mexico). I whet my writing chops on these fanfics, so they're rife with newbie errors, including unexpected POV changes. Still, I think this one reads all right. It's entitled The Coptic Legacy.

Anyone who's read Again will see that I have a reincarnation theme going on here, too. Actually, the fanfic provided gist for my idea for Again. In it, I introduced a new character, Jelayne Bouyette, a second cousin to psychic Alex Moreau. This story also provided an intro into my focus on Alex and Nick Boyle as lovers in the subsequent stories.
