Saturday, August 08, 2009 Book Drive - Louisville Free Public Library Found this over at Roz's blog. Shiloh Walker was very kind to me a few months ago when I needed help due to an impending foreclosure. Along with Roz and a group of gracious readers and writers, Shiloh helped raise enough money for me to get an apartment. Now she is organizing a book drive for her local library in Louisville which was flooded a few days ago. Damages are estimated around $5 million. Although the library has no place to store any books at the moment, Shiloh has graciously offered to store any donated books at her home.
